Cereals Vs Rice (not Crispies)

Featured Replies

just wondering what you all eat for breakfast?

i haven't seen many, but what's the best cereals here in the los?

healthy alpen ,unhealthy bacon sarnie

Museli is available in many brands , otherwise I cook oatmeal.

I'm bored this morning.

I alternate between Waitrose rice crispies, Familia nut stuff, Sanitarium Light n Tasty, Kelloggs corn flakes and boiled eggs/toast. I need to find some Shredded Wheat though (not the unknown brand at Villa).

I feel better after getting that out.

Pretty much the same. Wholesome healthful muesli during the week, and then evil Mr Bacon and the Fried Bread brothers come round at the weekend. :o

Bacon and eggs followed by fruit.

Both... rice then cereal

I usually go for a bowl of porrige with some local honey mixed in. Sometimes I'll have Frosties, but only when I manage to beat the kid's to them.

Occasionally, toast with marmite.
