Non O Single Entry Based On Marriage

Featured Replies

Previously I had a Non B Multiple entry visa and was able to extend this at immigration in BKK for 60 days.

Now I'm holding a Single entry O based on marriage and was wondering if this can be extended at BKK immigration for 60 days, and if so what are the requirements?

You can get an extension of 60 days to visit your wife.

Page 11 clause 7.23 of police order lists requirements and documents needed. Link follows.

Thanx for that :o

If she is legally your wife, why not try and show the 40K of family income

and get a 12 months extension??

Is it possible that the 40K can come from the thai person alone?

Or has the foreigner to meet a specific percentage?

No problem for it to be the wifes income. Look at page 8 7.17 of police order I gave link to earlier for info.

Reports of wife showing income by paying taxes on income.

Link to an ongoing topic that has info on tax payments: http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/1st-Annual-E...nx-t218001.html
