October 17, 200817 yr Bravo for Pioneer I bought a DVD player few weeks ago, after a little use I could not use the remote, the problem was from the player. A Thai friend at first ring the service and he told me : I need to get the machine to Pioneer and a 7 days will be need for repair. I was not happy with this arrangement, I fax / email the service, and Pioneer call me back to see what arrangement would be possible for my satisfaction. The best solution we find: Bring the unit (near my place) to a service shop; the new part will be waiting for me and the repair done will I wait. Everything went in order & I got my player fix on the spot yesterday. Pioneer make the effort to please a customer… thank you to them and to Mr choke.
October 18, 200817 yr I've always been pleased with Pioneer in the past. Granted, they aren't top 'o the line, but excellent value, and I've only heard stories such as yours in regards to their customer service.
