It all depends on the quality you're looking for and your definition of cheap. You can get very inexpensive jerseys and helmets in CM but they are definitely of inferior quality. Quality shorts and helmets are a little cheaper in CM than paying full retail in North America for the equivalent items because of lower markups here, but if you're a savvy internet shopper you can get quality cycling gear cheaper back home.
