Where can I buy a Texus Instruments TI83 or TI84 Graphic calculator in Bangkok? It has to be that specific model as it's specified for a course I'm doing while traveling and I'm leaving to Cambodia about a week after I get to BK (in CM now). I've looked online. I think the company 'cyberdict' are importers but can't get any more info.

I know you can get anything electrical in Panthip (or so I've heard), I just wondered if there's any specific recommendation, as I just want to walk in somewhere and buy it without too much trouble and from someone quite reliable, as I don't actually know how to use it (yet) so can't test it!

i might have an old T-85 from my school days... i'll look for it, it may be in my house somewhere. If i find it, you can have it... just brings back bad memories of multi-variable calculus, yack.

I looked all over for a Ti84 years ago when I needed it and finally ordered a 89ti off of amazon and had a friend bring it here from their mailing address.

Now they sell them in department stores for about 6k and I doubt that you'll have an easy time finding the through any other outlet.

6K sounds about right as it's about 70ish Sterling online in the UK... of course if there's one unwanted...

Since posting I've looked into the course and am a bit intimidated by what I'm expected to already know before starting, I'm already signed up for a computer course.
