Hi Guys,

I find conflicting information in this matter. Can a single entry "O" Visa (based on marriage) be extended for two months

by paying 1900 Baht? And if so, what paperworks are required? The 40/400 k month/year extensions are not an option

for me for the time being.

Thanks.....

I don't know... even tho I entered with the same kind of visa as you. I went down to immigration within the first 90 day period with all my documents. My quess would be that it would not be possible to get a 60 day extension based on marriage visa... but that's just a guess.

Yes it can be extended for 60 days. Only once though from my understanding.

See page 11 7.23 of police order for info and requirements.

Is it done on the day or is the application same as the one year extension where have to go back for an interview?

And when do you need to apply, during the last 30 days?
