hmmm... none in Phuket, I guess... how about in Bangkok?? Anyone know of any?

Tilleke and Gibbins (not 100% sure on the spelling) in Phuket would probably be your best best. They have offices in the plaza near the entrance to Laguna.

I was super happy, and continue to be, with Seri Manop & Doyle. They are in Bangkok but I only went to their office one time for a quick intro meeting with Mike Doyle (who's written a few books on Thai business law) and the rest has been via email and messenger. They set up a treaty of amity company for me and handled other tasks such as VAT registration.

They were perhaps a bit more expensive than the cheapest firms catering to expats that I've used but much more professoinal. You can find them at serimanop.com
