Looking For House To Rent On A Yearly Basis In South Phuket

Hi there,

I am looking for a house to rent long term (at least one year) with the following amenities:

Fully furnished.

Air conditioning.

At least one bedroom.

Kitchen with fridge, stove, etc.

Parking for a a car.

Enclosed space with grass - backyard or frontyard for TWO SMALL DOGS (see photo attached).

Cable and ADSL.

Please send approximate costs of utilities.

As well, I'm also looking for a CAR so if you have any leads on one of those... let me know!
