Hi all,

I am looking for a free online virus check that I can run to clean up my hard drive (one that can actually solve the problem and doesn't ask for money at the last minute!). I have tried Housecall but I can't get it to work.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I always use Kaspersky (but you need to run it from Internet Explorer): http://www.kaspersky.co.uk/virusscanner

Try this one, called A Squared from Emsi Software. I like and use it. It also needs IE.

Any reason you don't want to download and install a fully working free program like AVG?
