you sure its a dvd drive?

I've had a cd-rw/dvd-rom drive and one thats just cd-rw. Take a close look at your specs. If you still can't figure it out, post agian.

Well sounds as if you dont have a dvd drive, but a rewritable cd drive. If this is case you will never watch a dvd- no software will remedy this situation. You need to buy a dvd drive.
