I really wonder if FIFA08 runs fine on these low specs. I wonder if ANY 3D games will run fine ...

u mean none of the 3 will get fifa to run well ?? the Cq40-105AU has the best graphics i assume

the compac quoted is expensive for pantip plaza, i found it 800 bath less expensive in a shop in ubon.

regarding the graphic part, the best one is indeed the compaq but as fifa2008 has extremely low requirement, all those laptops will be able to run it, therefore the advice for the last one wich has an intel dual core cpu unlike the second wich has a weak cpu compared for the price and nowadays requirements.

I would go for a laptop with dedicated nvidia or ati graphics cards. There are some (Few) available in that price range.

I would never go near another compaq...

Not only did my brother get e lemon (I tend to think every maker has some of these, and could have forgiven them) but thier warranty people were <deleted>.. Denied problems, had it in over and over, refused to repair items, just complete run around on a new under warranty machine that was crap.

It wasnt the fact it was a lemon, it was how they treated him and didnt try to solve his problems to any satisfaction, was simply deny deny (waste time) deny..
