tmd5855
Hi There, Work offshore and take my leave in Thailand. My 90day multi entry visa will expire a few days before my return to Thailand? Can I do what I did in the past and enter the country on a 30day tourist visa. Will be in Thailand only two nights before returning to the UK where I will be renewing the visa. Q, should I have a problem? Have an old passport which has a lot of 30day visa on arrival stamps, okay to use this for entry/exit? New passport has the 90day visa? Intend taking a copy of my house lease, some passport photos and cheque book. Is there anything I have missed, if so I would be grateful for any advise. Mario2008
It's not a tourist visa but a (tourist)visa exempt entry you are talking about. The rule is you can enter Thailand for a maximum of 90 days in a 6 month period on visa exempt entries.
Lite Beer
The 30 day entry will be no problem. As long as your old passport has at least 6 month validity you should be ok. Apply for the Non Imm O Multy Entry Visa at Hull. You will have no problem at all. Can apply by post. http://www.thaiconsul.co.uk/visas1.asp
