I went to Bangkok Bank and got my bank statement but the transfer numbers are the same for all E-purchases and there's no XXXXPaypal thing like there should be. What gives? Should I be asking for my credit card statement and not my bank statement?

What do you mean by bank statement?

The expanded code paypal sends to you for the purpose of verifying your card ends up on your credit card statement.

If it is a Be1st card you used then you can get the code by calling bualuang (the department managing the cards). Number is 1333. Be prepared to give your card number and you'll have to enter your pin through the telephone keypad to verity you are the legitimate card owner. The staff will then be able to give you exact amount along with the expanded code.
