Thai Email Web Hosting (liberal Unlike Usa Hosts Pls) Companies Pattaya Or Bkk?

Can anyone recommend to me please any Thailand based web hosting email domain low cost compaines preferable if based in Pattaya (since I am in the Pattaya area) or BKK as 2nd preference, as easier to have meeting re new projects etc.

What I specificallly want, aside I am full time here in Thailand & biz is based in Europe, (Thanks to VOIP virtual working),I want a hosting company with the personal touch, obviously the price is much better and also what I want & I have become extremely resentful over this, is to date I have used USA hosts, domain sellers email marketing like constantcontact.com.

Ranting for a few secs, I detest the idea if I want to move my email for 2000+ B2B (I supply Business service to Business in Ire, Uk etc), companies with named managers, if I decided to move from contactcontact.com to Aweber.com I get just ONE chance to email my list. be luck if 200 opt back in, as people busy, loose emails , forget, on holiday etc etc ALso I am not allowed to B2b email say I segment a list of low grade prospects, & if over 12 months since last time email (due to fact, they only are prospects abut every 18 months), not allowed.

And the last straw, I cannot export a few 1000s emails from a back end of a bespoke old simple database, it I cannot prove, they opted in... no I cannot as the programmer developed a bespoke simple set up, so I loose those few 1000 emails too... also since I do no business B2b into USA, I resent USA laws rammed down by throat! LOL! Please Gimme me a local more easy going Thai hosting co, that is not immersed in BS.

Can anyone recommend an best if Pattaya based web hosting co, email, good price & a bit of personal extra service as regards ahe technical support, as I am not too good at IT issues. That is more "Liberal" & not USA web host or email software USA anal-retentive regarding, send out email marketing

to your own list, or moving your list from an old website bespoke set up, without have to opt back in, or once I use Ymlp.com which has unsubscribe automatically or honor immediate any removals. And if on rare occasion, a person, forgets they actually sign up for your email newsletter & blacklisted

your main domain, or best yet provide you with a 2nd alternative domain for web & email to protect against the 1 in 1 million, nutters who have a heart attack & passively aggressive personality type (balless) try to spamcop your domain etc etc...

I am talking about B2b relevant email to your own list, with unsubscribe software. (not selling, canadian hard willie magic pills, now That is SPAM),

So can anyone please recommend any Thai Hosting companies re the above especially the emauil marketing things, whi are "friendly" to relevant marketing once more sensible fair rules are followed & its not USA focused either,

I want to get a web site & domain set up with hosting & email this week, & if the hosting co does a good job then there will be alot more work in 2009, perhaps 100 sites of all ethical varities to be hosted. Right now I need to start with 1 - 2 sites.

Thai webhosts are definitely overpriced. To judge by the rest of Thailand, they are probably unreliable, but I don't know. If you had a hard time dealing with USA providers, I hate to think what will happen when you try to deal with Thais.
