What I mean is that ฉันต้องการจะส่งคุณข้อความ and สื่อข้อมูลคุณอย่างไรฉันรู้สึก are not something a Thai native speaker would write themselves.

They are direct representations of English word order, and create an ungrammatical result in Thai. I tried to show approximately how the ungrammatical structure could be interpreted, by creating a similarly incorrect word order in English.
