How do I burn a single 7.5 GB .iso file into 2 (4.5 GB) discs using Nero or Magic ISO?

Get a dual layer 8.5 GB +R blank instead of the single layer 4.5 GB you have now.

If the file is an movie you need to convert to VCD format or .AVI

If it's an Data file, you can use WinRar or WinZip for to splitt the file in two and burn to normal DVD.

But best solution is an DL Burner as garyh wrote. Give's you 8.5 GB!

If you don't mind the iso taking up space on your hard drive, use a program that can mount the iso to a virtual drive such as Alcohol 120%.

You can actually do a mix of the two ... backup with rar and burn, and when you need it, mount it.
