Google Apps Email Problem

hi All,

I am e using google apps here at work and whenever I Try to email someone on the same domain I get this message

The following message to <[email protected]> was undeliverable.

The reason for the problem:

5.x.1 - Maximum number of delivery attempts exceeded. [Default] 450-'4.2.1 The user you are trying to contact is receiving mail at a rate\n4.2.1 that prevents additional messages from being delivered. Please\n4.2.1 resend your message at a later time. However the system administrator does not work on weekends.. When I click on the please visit....... google support help link i get the ol'

Error 404

I have changed out going servers tot/gmail

I have tried emailing from the web based email as well.

Emails to other domains seem to be working fine

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance !!
