Venues could include Champagne Charlies - (the cocktail lounge is nice), Titanium, The Dubliner, Bulls Head, Robin Hood, The Londoner, Coyote, The Penalty Spot, Koi etc. Could spend 30min in each and create a schedule so late comers know exactly where we are.
