Lloyd2463
Hello All, Im new to Bangkok & I'm from the UK, male (35) I would like some advice as I'm on a budget- I would like to rent a condo/studio in Sukhumvit- I like the look of 'Nana Condo' as it gets a good review on here, however, open to any advice. How do I contact owners, is there a good website to book long term stay? I just find lots of details but not contact numbers or prices or how to book or if I need to sign contracts are bills included etc../??? I need a place from Jan- end April. (4 months) Whats the normal procedure please. Thanks very much in advance.
torrenova
Most leases are for a minimum of 6 months but of course, nearly everything is open to negotiation. Your stay period is slightly problematic at the beginning as it is high season whilst the end is good for owners as it is just after Songkran, the terrible (in Pattaya at least) water festival. Some come for Songkran, many avoid it ! Super Hans
Are prices of condos seasonal? I always thought large apartment blocks advertised year round prices?
