I think we are seeing a "sneaky" coup now. Not a direct, lets go in and clean the govt out, but, by doing nothing ( cops and military ), it will have the same effect.

Although less popular, a real coup would have less effect on the economy - this one will be devestating.

I was at the airport 2 days ago, not too hard to clean that mob out if your really wanted to.

Has anyone has seen Chicken Little Somchai ?

I think parts of the police does not follow anymore, therefore the change of the boss.
