Here is the situation. I have been here for 9 years on Non-imm B visa with a work permit and my daughter is having a year off from school in north america(grad high school). She is currenty here with me on a 30 day visa until 14 Dec (flight booked to leave on 23rd Dec.). How do I get her on my VISA so she doesn't have to make visa runs? She wants to stay here until next August.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Are you here on a Visa or an annual extension?

You actually cant get her on your Non-imm B, but what you need to get her is a Type O visa as a dependent, you would use your Non-imm B and work permit status to justify the issue of the visa, getting your company to give a letter stating the intentions cant hurt either. ie you work here full time and your daughter is visiting for and extended period..etc.etc

Assuming here she under the legal age in Thailand, not sure these days if its 18 or 21, if she is over the legal age, you will have a hard time getting her the dependent visa, but the alternative is getting an Ed visa for study, go and take Thai classes

Hope this helps

Make sure she has a copy of your passport and visa when applying for the Non Imm O visa

and writes "Visiting Family" as the reason for the visa.

If a Non Imm visa is not an option, then a double entry tourist visa will be a good start.
