When you access any blocked website in Thailand you are redirected to i-th.com. Looks like this i-th.com domain name was not paid and some other company has registered it (domain scam). Now you get page full of ads. This must be huge money maker!

more than likely whoever was in charge before was shifted around and the whois went to a dead personal yahoo address and whoever took over didnt comprehend that the thai government would have to pay $8 a year for a domain that must obviously already belong to them because they are thai

Many registrars automatically redirect expired domains to such sites, they prolly just forgot to pay the annual fee and it expired. Surprised?
