will the shared expenses be 1/3 each or are the dogs included?

personally speaking, having a tgf laying around the place all day with air, television, lights on and the doors open is not a selling point and asking to pay shared expenses tops it off.

perhaps if you said 1000 baht a month for the bills it might make more sense.
