Vehicles: Golf Carts, Mini Moke, Smallish Cars

I am looking for something like this: Smaller than a car, but "similar" to one. A big fast golf cart would do, or??? Any ideas on locating something like this in Pattaya?

Actually, to answer your question, "I am man enough," but my friend wants the item because he is scared to death of riding a motorbike.

Is anyone familar with the Mini Moke? Are they available here.... anywhere?

Comes in two seater and four seater and is electric powered.

Drove past a place in Chon Buri about an hour ago, they have a military willys style jeep, golf carts etc.
