I need to reinstall my windows2000 OS on my Dell latitude laptop (got the official licence number sticker on the back of the laptop). But i don't have the setup CD. Is there any place to download this CD as an ISO image? (I guess not on MS website).

You can get that CD from the DELL Service. For to install and use the CD-Key provided by DELL you'll need an Corporate Version of that OS, the CD-Key will not work with an normal version.

On Torrent sites you can get only pirated versions of that OS and the discussion of this is prohibit on this forum
