Your agent did a manual submission with a TM47 form. When you registered for the first time to use the 90-day online reporting system, it has limited knowledge (mainly only what you entered in the registration) Once you log into the system to commence a new online 90-day report Enter your passport number at the top and below that select the drop down for you country in your passport If you then select the little blue magnifying glass, your form will be populated with whatever details are available. Now as this is your first 90-day online reporting attempt, currently the TM47 system is not synced real-time with the 90-day online reporting system, TM30 and TDAC systems, I doubt that either of these are currently synced real-time either. I don’t know currently how much of the above are manual or automated operations to update information relationships between the various systems. but If you update your annual Visa, Passport or fill out a TDAC arrival / departure form, It seems that it does not get updated into the 90-day online reporting system real-time. So don’t expect in the future all your submissions will run smoothly, unless all the data matches on TM47 and 90-day online reporting. Hopefully, over time with the new THIM (Thailand Immigration Management) system that utilizes AWS services we will see improved real-time user Imm. information synchronization. We may get to a point in time where all these disparate systems are migrated across to AWS servers that can be synchronized real-time as all of the data is in a common Amazon storage repository. AWS provides a comprehensive suite of cloud-native services designed to connect disparate systems and enable seamless data sharing, whether through direct application integration and real-time streaming. We live in Hope ………………….Best of Luck PS. For first-time requests of a 90-day notification in each country visit, in-person presentation at the immigration office is required.
