I have a couple of these large, dark butterflies at the back of the house, busy pollenating whatever the plant is (don't know that either ).

Can anyone name the butterfly (and plant too?).

As for the plant it looks as though it a honeysuckle variety.

But, as it's getting drier, there aren't so many in the drains although my next-door neighbour's garden seems to be full of the big ones.
