Big Whoops! I have a Non-Immigrant B Visa good for 1 year. I am working with a work permit. I unknowingly have neglected to notify Immigration about my address. It looks like a big penalty for the time period involved. Any suggestions on where to go to get some financial clemency??

I do not really understand what you mean. Are you talking about the 90 day report?

If you are then you do not have to report with a Non Imm B Visa.

Lite Beer, with a Non-imm.-B. one has to do 90d. reports just as with any other Visum (except PR) in my opinion.

Are you on a multiple B- visa or on extension of stay?

If you are on a multiple entry visa of any kind (other than a non-oa) you do not need to do the 90 day reports because you never go over 90 days.

If you are on an extension of a permit to stay you do reports because you have stayed over 90 days. When you are on an extension of stay it is no longer called a visa.
