Hi,

I have been having problems accessing my online banking recently. I can get to the 'home' page of the banks (Lloyds and HSBC) but when I click on the 'log in' section I get the "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" or "Problem Loading Page" in Firefox.

However, I can get into other secure sites such as Hotmail and Facebook.

Does any one have any ideas as to why this may be and how to remedy it?

Do you have the latest release? I had problems with the previous release and quit using Firefox. The latest is 3.0.5. It has been working OK.

Sounds like a problem with HTTPS secure pages..

I remember a similar problem with TOT a few years back..

My access to HTTPs secure pages was s.....l.....o.....w when I was with TOT internet; after I switched to JI-NET internet the problem went away.
