Looking For Room Near Bts

Hi,

I am currently living in the outside of Bangkok. I am looking for a job and I would like to live nearer to the city centre near to the BTS.

Here are my specs:

1. Being within relative ease of the BTS. I would preferably like to be within 10 -15 mins walking distance but I am willing to be a short songteaw drive away if absolutely necessary.

2. I would like a short lease. Max 3 months. Preferably 1 month (in case I get a job somewhere else).

3. Price range 5500-7000. Dont want to be ripped off on the deposit.

4. Good Internet essential.

5. I don't mind living anywhere from On Nut to Saphan Taksin. I want to be living somewhere quiet where I don't get woken up too often at night.

6. I also hope that there is somewhere nearish where I could go jogging (even if it is only a car park).

I would appreciate any tips like recommended condos or recommended areas? (I have never walked around most of the places on the BTS and wouldnt know if a lot of the areas were a good place to live or not or if there are a lot of options around them).
