You can buy tents in Tesco / Big C for less than 1000 Bt, and where the F### are you going to feel safe pitching them?? (Snakes as well as two legged pests!!) Calm down man, next you will be proposing caravans, the only good thing would be the entertainment value of any of the locals trying to tow and reverse a caravan?????? You didn't mention where you intend to go camping but if it's in Khao Yai National Park then you can rent all the gear you will need, (tent, foam mat, blankets, small charcoal cooker etc.) in either of the two camping areas located in the park.
