as i'm on samui i'm not a lot of good to you,but i've usually found them in local thai pharmacies,cheaper than the usual boots.

The price in Phuket is a joke - there is just the GNC in Lotus left, with

BTH 3.5k for 300g of Glutamine

I am going to BGK next week and get Creatine/Glutamine for BTH 1.3k per 300g

Still a lot- but much better
