Hello i m not sure if i've got this in the corect section of the forum? My uncle is in pattay prison and i was wanting to find out if anyone knows if there are organisations that visit the prison on behalf of family? Like charities or social support groups. Any help will be greatly appricieated ty

This thread was active a few weeks ago and my have more information, if your uncle is a British subject he should be getting "welfare" visits from our consular people.

Its pretty easy to get to the prison, if anyone in Pattaya feels like helping out inmates, I tried to visit an American, but it seems you need to be of the same nationality to visit .

However dropping off money, books, newspapers etc. is ok.
