we're currently in the philippines and i've read about what a nightmare the manila embassy is, so what we're wondering is should we go to the consulate in cebu or should we go to KL?

does anyone know how long the process takes in either of these places? are we ok to book a flight out a day or so later? or should we wait till we have the actual visas before we book a flight to thailand?

I only know about KL. Submit in the morning and pick up the next day PM.
