Im not sure if this is a stupid question or not, but is a spouse visa the same as a settlement visa?

Its just everyone i seem to be asking advice off is going on about like they are two seperate visa's?

Do we just fill in the VAF4 Settlement form and mark my wife down as spouse?

A 'spouse visa' is a type of settlement visa. AFAIK 'spouse visa' is not an official term, but is used by many to differentiate a settlement visa for a spouse from one for a fiance etc.

VAF4 is the correct form, just fill in the relevent parts.
