Koh Samet

Hi all.

My parents are here visiting for a few months and they want to spend a week at a nice resort in Samet (or any other nearby nice beachy place).

This isn't their first time here and they've done the quaint bungalow on the beach thing before. They want to be pampered for a week, so they want a nice place with a pool and a beach that's good for walking. I think they're looking at spending up to 4000 baht/night. They're not having much luck looking on the internet - they keep getting mixed reviews and it's so hard to make a decision.

So, thought I'd check if any of you guys knew of a nice place on Samet.

Any advice? Recommendations?

Thanks for the suggestions

As it turns out, they've decided to totally change the plan and go to Koh Chang. Never been myself, but have heard nice things, so reckon they'll have a good time.
