You can get a bristle board for about 1500THB (I think) in the sports shop near the 3 Kings on Phra Pokklao, opposite the Yupparaj Wittayalai school. Don't know what the shops called but it's about the fourth or fifth along from the 3 Kings square. I think they sell darts but not sure of the quality.

Darts are bad quality there and be carefull the box might say bristle board but not all of them really are

I have since discovered that the BUD'S ice cream parlour near McCormick hospital and the British Consulate sells top quality bristle dart boards official tournament size with 2 sets of brass darts all displayed in a handmade wall cabinet for a reasonable price, they have some on show in the shop.........
