Need Help Translating A Small Sentance

Hello, I spent some time trying to do a transliteration on this sentence but quite a few of the words came up as unknown and i cant really understand what it means other then knowing something, perhaps something bad?

ฝ้ายเมิงลิมวานเกิดกูช่ายม่ะฮะ

ฮ๋าๆๆๆๆๆ กูรู้นะ

i assume ฝ้าย is a name. here's the translation:

fai, you forgot my birthday, didn't you?
