Just a suggestion here.

I was born in Orlando Florida. Pretty much opposite side of the globe from BKK. it's a 27 hour trip.

26 years of BKK expeience.....If you are an ostrich & can eat Thai food like my wfe & daughter, then please disregard this message.

Peanut butter & jelly sandwiches with sliced bananas on them is ALL you should eat prior to your flight. Wash those down with a half gallon of miik.

Do NOT & eat 18 sausage balls (Sai krog Issan) and eat 18 peppers right before a 27 hour flight.

Bad idea.

Ask me how I know......

Do you have a proof ???🤗😅😆

Headed back to Thailand the end of October from Mount Dora.  Hope ANA caters P&J&B sandwiches….

I have some similar advice when travelling to India. There are pills you can take before each meal to 'help' with the digestion and to deal with all the bacteria (it is everywhere there).  I was there on a 2 week cricket tour and was warned - do not stop taking them until you get home - and make sure you take the next day off work etc.  Apparently an Aust Cricketer had learned the hard way when he stopped taking them before the flight home.  When I got home and stopped taking the pills my body starting 'cleaning house' within an hour or two - and it took half a day to clean it all out.  The pills worked great and not a problem for the while trip - highly recommend them - but do not stop taking them too soon.
