February 8, 200917 yr Can anyone tell me if the rules have changed. We live in Cyprus and come to Phuket 2 or 3 times a year, but our travel agent mentioned that if you are coming for more than 14 days you now need a visa. We are coming for 16 day! Is this true or is it the normal 30 day entry stamp? Andrew (Cyprus1951)
February 8, 200917 yr If you fly into the country - you get 30 days. If you cross the border overland or by sea, then you get 15 days.
February 10, 200917 yr The information given by commie is correct. The Cypriot travel agent must have been a bit confused. For the official, published rule please see here: www.thaivisa.com/forum/post-a70911-608-2549-and-778-2551-visa-exempt-e.html -- Maestro The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place
