i need to re-new my passport, i'm running out of pages. Do i need to get my retirement visa and multiple re-entry permit transfered to the new passport? If so, how to do it and how much does it cost?

After you get your new passport go to immigration and have the stamps transfered over. There is no charge to do it.

Be sure your embassy gives you a letter saying they issued you a new passport.
