Depends exactly what you mean by 'Medical Alert System'

If you mean the small alert transceiver that is worn by elderly people, and who can summons assistance by pressing the button etc - I havn't heard of such a system here in Thailand. That needs a call-center at one end and a small transceiver unit connected via short-range wireless to an interface unit on the user's landline telephone.
