Have to agree. Makes no sense why this guy would feel the need to describe himself in such a way. Adds nothing to his supposed inquiry. Other than for the reasons you stated.

Ladies, hats off for all of your fine words of wisdom. Guys, give the ladies a bit more credit for being able to sniff out a troll, after all some of them are our wives/GF's and we prefer them to be in a good mood after visiting TV if you know what I am saying.

I shall refrain from making comments to the OP as the guy asked for the ladies advice, a detail apparently missed by some.
