In ราชบัณฑิตยสถาน ราท ชะ บัน ดิด ดะ ยะ สะ ถาน The ฑ is pronounced ด in dead words.

That's not a bad rule for pronouncing ฑ in the final syllable - I could only find 4 exceptions, of which อัณฑะ [M]an[H]tha is the only common word.

Incidentally, I think you meant to write ราท ชะ บัน ดิด ตะ ยะ สะ ถาน for the pronunciation.

You have been busy, the only exception in my schoolbook is มณฑก which is a type of gun. and comes from the English 'bundook'? and 'ฑ' is not problem; I mention it because it is actually given as an illustration of the difficulty of reading Thai in one of my books. มีหลักเกณฑ์ซับซ้อนยุ่งยาก อาทิ การอ่านคำแผลง การอ่านตัว "ฑ" การอ่านตามลักษณะการประพันธ์ ฯลฯ
