I have used TRUE hi-speed @ 1Mbps for several years but lately have been wondering if

its performance would be improved if I upgraded to 2Mbps. In that regard I mean specifically

the downloads from outside Thailand.

Has anyone been down this road ?

Any comment/opinion would be appreciated.

Have 2MB True but usually get under 1 meg speed for international servers. Only Singapore seems to be ok and around 1.7 meg down...

Don't expect that much improvement for europe and states etc...

depending on who you ask, and where you live. The only way to know for sure if find someone in the same area with the 2mb. I have recently been told two contradicting reports by an ISP- that international bandwidth is the same on all packages, and that it isnt. Good luck

Not to get oof topic, but when TOT upgraded my 1 to a 2Mb, my download speeds doubled.

Doing also quite a bit of uploading, so high speeds would be advantageous to me too. However, I think we're the minority ...
