Easy Public Transport To Rajdamnern Nok Avenue

I need a condo. I don't mind too much where it is but I need to get commute to Rajdamnern Nok Avenue a couple of days a week.

I've looked at the Silom area but that's expensive and there doesn't seem to be an MRT or Skytrain station close enough to Rajdamnern Nok Avenue in order for me to walk direct from the station. So without wanting to ride a motorbike, I guess I'll have to use the bus or combination of Skytrain and bus.

Does anyone know of any commutable places (30mins) that would be good for me to look into. I guess my budget is around 15k per month. Would be useful if someone could also advise on commute options from area recommended.
