I have a garmin sat nav system in my car for Thailand, ive had it about a year now and i would like to update the map how is it done ? where ? and what is the cost

I have a garmin csx60 handheld which you up/download thru the usb port, you can go to garmin.com for firmware updates but maps are not updated very often due to the expense. I have the garmin thailand map which is great for riding around.
