I've seen three different vehicles driving around Pattaya in the past week each with a red colored filter over the passenger side headlight and a yellow/amber filter over the driver side headlight. One was a VW camper I think, an SUV/pickup and a small car. Apart from being IMHO extremely dangerous - what is the idea behind this?

To celibrate an early crash ?
