If you looking here, a friend has available on April 1, a 200 square meter, 2-storey, 2 bedroom, dining room, den, storage room, 2 bathroom, fully furnished with satellite, cable, internet for 20,000 / month. I used to pay 1,000 baht / month to the prior renter for use of the pool. I would expect that the current renter would not mind the same arrangement, but you would need to ask him.
