Does anyone have any information on this estate?is it noisy?does it a have a communal pool?

The pool is not communal

It is rented to the person renting the 2-storey house next to it.

I used to pay 1,000 baht / month to the prior renter for use of the pool.

I would expect that the current renter would not mind the same arrangement, but you would need to ask him.
